- We will not put your pet in the cargo hold of the airplane. The hold of an airplane is proven to be dangerous for pets. The fluctuations in temperature and pressure can make your pet experience pain in their ears as well as altitude sickness. Therefore your pet will be transported with a companion in the cabin.
- We can only offer commercial air transport for pets under the weight of 20 lb. (If your pet is heavier than that you can consider our ground or private jet transport options. Both of which are much safer for your precious animal than the hold of a plane.)
- Your animal must pass a basic behavior test to be allowed to fly by the airline. (This is to ensure it is not aggressive.)
